The Scouting for Food event will take place from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Nov. 14. You can place your donations on your porch, and they will be picked up.

Additionally, food donations can be dropped off 9-11 a.m. Nov. 14 at Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church, 604 Fourth St.

International Burgers by Sazon Dominicano, 129 Bridge St., is a new eatery in Catasauqua. The 20-seat restaurant opened about a month or so ago and offers themed burgers coinciding with different countries.

The chef/operator is Jose Perez.

The restaurant is open 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays. Takeout and outdoor seating are available.

The Catasauqua/North Catasauqua J4 Celebration and mega Catasauqua High School reunion is now set for July 2, 2022.

The event, originally planned for July 4, had been postponed until 2021. Since we don’t know when things will get better with COVID-19, the committee has decided to postpone the celebration and reunion another year. The rain date will be July 3, 2022.

There will be more information as we get closer to 2022.
