Kermit C. Mantz, 92, of Germansville, died Oct. 24, 2020, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown.

Born in Lynn Township, he was the son of the late Charles H. and Alverta V. (Delong) Mantz.

A Korean War veteran, he served in the U.S. Army.

He was a die setter for the former Western Electric Co., Allentown, for many years until retiring in 1980.

He was a member of Ebenezer United Church of Christ, New Tripoli.

An attending member of Grundsow Lodge 18, Emerald, he was well versed in the Pa. Dutch dialect.

Survivors include his daughter Sheila L. (Jeffrey) Burkert of Germansville, with whom he last resided; sons Michael K. Mantz of New Ringgold, and Bryan D. (Cynthia) Mantz of Kutztown; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by siblings Ernest and Carl Mantz.
