Trick-or-treat night in the borough will be held 6-8 p.m. Oct. 31. Those wanting to hand out candy to the costumed kids are asked to turn on their porch lights.

Bingo has returned to Northampton Banquet and Event Center, 1601 Laubach Ave.
Doors open 5:15 p.m. every Monday. The games begin 6:30 p.m.
Masks are mandatory.

Northampton Fire Department will hold a basket social fundraiser Nov. 6-8 at the station, 4 Lerchenmiller Drive.
Hours are 6-9 p.m. Nov. 6, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Nov. 7 and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Nov. 8, with the drawing 3:30 p.m. Nov. 8.
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines will be followed.

Assumption of the Virgin Mary Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 1301 Newport Ave., is holding a nut roll sale. Varieties include apricot, lekvar, nut, poppy seed, red raspberry, pumpkin roll, coconut cream and apple.

Orders can be picked up 9:30-11:30 a.m. Dec. 11 or 12 at the church.

Northampton Area Food Bank, 1601 Canal St., is requesting donations for the upcoming holidays. Needed items are turkeys, canned cranberry sauce, corn, green beans, boxed stuffing and pumpkin pies.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and because of health concerns for members, the Young at Heart group at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church is canceling all meetings until January 2021.
