Parkland Community Library, South Whitehall Township, will host a LEGO Masters Show and Tell for kids from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Oct. 13 on Zoom.
Every Monday staff will email participants a new LEGO challenge to be completed by the end of the week.
Participants will then have 2-3 minutes during the show and tell to share their creation and talk about their engineering process.
Kids in grades five through 12 are invited to join Da Vinci Science Center staff for a STEM-related program 6:30-7:30 p.m. Oct. 14 on Zoom.
Investigate the mechanics inside a mysterious glowing musical ball, then create your own light-up 3D toy using raw electrical materials.
A virtual Teen Dungeon and Dragons Night Zoom meeting will be held 6-8 p.m. Oct. 19 through the website R20 for students in seventh through 12 grade.
Parents are invited to join Good Shepherd Pediatrics therapists for a discussion titled “How to Talk to Your Child’s Pediatrician” 7-8 p.m. Oct. 21 on Zoom.
They will share suggestions about the best ways to communicate those concerns to your pediatrician.
