Landis qualifies for districts
The District 11 golf qualifier was held Monday at Olde Homestead and Whitehall’s Kristine Landis qualified for the District 11 tournament.
Landis shot a 100 to advance as anyone with a 110 or lower for the girls qualified.
Michael Vital of Liberty won the event with a 72 to lead the way. James Kelly and T.J. Bohl tied for second with a 74.
Mary Scully of Pleasant Valley led the way for the girls with a 92. Northampton’s Madison Salter and Natalie White of Bangor how 94s to take second.
