State police

Theft

A black iPhone 8 was reported stolen from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 9:47 p.m. Aug. 31, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Theft of lost or mislaid property

An iPhone X in an black Otter Box case went missing sometime between 4:30 p.m. and 8:21 p.m. Sept. 20. According to Pennsylvania State Police, the complainant explained her phone disappeared sometime between visiting a store in East Greenville and cutting the grass at her residence on Saint Peters Road, Upper Milford Township. The location software was used and the phone was detected at a location on Mill Road, Upper Milford Township; however, the smartphone was not found.

PFA violation

A 43-year-old male, of Bethlehem, allegedly entered the place of employment of a female, of Macungie, at a location along South Cedar Crest Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, in violation of a protection from abuse order May 28, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 25-year-old female resident of a property along Route 100, Lower Macungie Township, reported the person in violation was seen entering her property on a home surveillance camera, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported Aug. 2.

Fleeing and eluding

Sara Yesenia Torres Rivera, 33, of Slatington, was arrested for allegedly fleeing and eluding police and various summary vehicle code violations after a pursuit along U.S. Route 222 North and onto Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, 5:56 p.m. Sept. 13, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

DUI

Heidi Rodale, 66, of Allentown, allegedly was found to be driving under the influence at Willow Lane and Lower Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, 5:24 p.m. Aug. 25, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Identity theft

A resident of the 2400 block of Cross Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, reported receiving a notice from the Social Security Administration stating a change of address had been made and an account had been created, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The resident had not authorized the changes and the Social Security Administration was notified.
