Northampton police responded to these and other calls recently.

SEPT. 3

Police checked a building in the 1500 block of Washington Avenue.

A reportable accident at Main and East Ninth streets involved one vehicle.

In the 100 block of West 14th Street and in the 1200 block of Laubach Avenue, reports of juvenile issues brought out police.

Officers checked on the welfare of a family in the 400 block of East 12th Street.

SEPT. 4

A traffic stop was conducted in the 1500 block of Main Street.

Police checked on the welfare of a male in the 300 block of East 10th Street.

In the 1000 block of Wynnewood Drive, a civil issue took place.

A complaint of garbage bags dumped on a property in the 1700 block of Newport Avenue brought out police.

A domestic dispute between a male and a female took place in the 1600 block of Washington Avenue.

At Newport Avenue and West 16th Street, police responded to a juvenile issue.

SEPT. 5

In the 2000 block of East 21st Street, officers assisted at the scene of a reported gas leak.

Dogs barking in the 1200 block of Main Street were reported.

A hit and run occurred in the 1700 block of Main Street. The report said a legally parked vehicle was struck, damaging the left rear. The offending vehicle caught on camera is a red Honda traveling north without stopping. The right-side mirror cover of the offending vehicle was found at the scene.

Officers responded to a juvenile problem in the 2200 block of Ridge Alley.

Police checked on the welfare of a female in the 100 block of Boro Vu Drive.

Noise complaints occurred in the 600 block of East Eighth Street for loud music and in the 100 block of West 25th Street for fireworks.

SEPT. 6

A harassment case in the 1800 block of Canal Street was investigated.

Police checked on the welfare of a male in the 1500 block of Main Street and on a female in the 2100 block of Washington Avenue.

In the 1300 block of Newport Avenue, a neighbor issue brought officers to the scene.

A noise complaint of fireworks in the 1600 block of Newport Avenue was investigated.

A domestic dispute between a male and a female took place in the 2000 block of Main Street.

At Mike Lisetski Drive and Dewey Avenue, police responded to a report of a loud party.

SEPT. 7

Police investigated noise complaints in the 1300 block of Newport Avenue for fireworks and at Canal Street and Laubach Avenue for loud music.

Officers checked on the welfare of a male at Canal and Lumber streets.

Neighbor complaints occurred in the 1300 block of Newport Avenue and in the 1800 block of Washington Avenue.

A reportable accident involving two vehicles took place at Center Road and West 30th Street.

In the 2000 block of Washington Avenue, a civil issue occurred.

SEPT. 8

Disturbances in the 800 block of Main Street and in the 1700 block of Main Street were reported.

Members of the department responded to a hit and run in the 500 block of East Fourth St. A legally parked vehicle was struck, damaging the driver-side mirror.

A domestic dispute between a male and a female occurred in the 1200 block of Main Street.

Officers checked on the welfare of a female in the 2000 block of Main Street.

SEPT. 9

At Main and Bridge streets, a noise complaint of loud music was investigated.

Civil matters in the 1000 block of Wynnewood Drive and in the 300 block of Howertown Road were reported.

A fraud case involving a phone scam was investigated in the 200 block of West 26th Street.

SEPT. 10

Suspicious activities in the 200 block of Diamond Street and in the 1700 and 1900 blocks of Main Street were reported.

A report of a suspicious male in the 1300 block of Main Street was investigated.

A reportable accident involving three vehicles occurred in the 300 block of Howertown Road.

In the 1000 block of Wynnewood Drive, police responded to a civil issue.

Officers said a neighbor complaint took place in the 1300 block of Newport Avenue.

In the 1600 block of Newport Avenue, a domestic dispute between a male and a female was investigated.

SEPT. 11

A juvenile problem in the 2300 block of Washington Avenue was reported.

Traffic stops were conducted in the 600 block of East 21st Street and in the 2300 block of Dewey Avenue.

Suspicious activity in the 1700 block of Main Street was investigated.

Officers responded to a report of a child custody issue in the 1300 block of Vienna Street.

A noise complaint in the 1700 block of Main Street was filed with the department.

SEPT. 12

Police investigated a civil matter in the 1300 block of Vienna Street.

On Smith Lane, a report of a juvenile problem brought police to the scene.

Police checked on the welfare of a female in the 1300 block of Washington Avenue.

A suspicious male in the 900 block of Main Street was reported.

Officers checked on the welfare of a male in the 1700 block of Main Street.

In the 600 block of East 21st Street, a traffic stop was conducted.

Police responded to a noise complaint of loud music in the 1500 block of Railroad Street.

In the 100 block of Frank Drive, a juvenile problem occurred.

An animal case of dogs barking in the 1600 block of Newport Avenue was reported.

Officers assisted state police in the 500 block of East 10th Street.

In the 1300 block of Newport Avenue, a dumping issue was investigated.

In the 1900 block of Center Street, a traffic stop was conducted.

A dog attacking two other dogs in the 2400 block of Main Street was reported.

A report of a suspicious male on West 21st Street was investigated.
