James William Bartholomew, 42, of Northampton and formerly of Bethlehem, died Sept. 16, 2020, at home.
He was a son of James R. and Gina M. (Rea) Bartholomew.
He was a 1996 graduate of Bethlehem Catholic High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg University while on a ROTC scholarship.
He was in the U.S. Army stationed in Germany, Iraq and South Korea and earned the rank of captain.
He was a senior superintendent at Boyle Construction and earlier at Clark Construction.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Matthew N. and his wife Jillian and Drew C.; a niece, Harper; a nephew, Landon; and extended family and friends.
Services will be private.
