CMS News: Remember to fill out first-day forms

Families who have not yet completed the first-day forms for the 2020-21 school year should do so as soon as possible. The forms can be reviewed and signed online in the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

If you have more than one child attending Catasauqua Middle School, you need to complete the forms for each child.

It is vital the forms be completed to ensure the school has current contact information for phone calls and/or other correspondence.

It also necessary to review the CMS guidelines and pest control information, fill out the health information and notate your approval or disapproval of your child being photographed and recognized by name and grade level.

Visit the CMS website, cattysd.org/Domain/276, for more detailed information.

Don’t forget CMS is taking part in the Weis 4 Schools program.

The next time you go shopping at Weis Markets, bring the flier that was sent home with your student and scan the bar code on the bottom to register your Weis club card. You only need to register once. There are extra fliers at the school.

The Giant A+ Rewards program the school participated in the past several years has been discontinued.
