Susan A. Braker, 70, of Northampton, died Sept. 22, 2020, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg, Bethlehem. She was the wife of Bruce J. Braker for 47 years.

Born in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late Carl Sr. and Anna (Christoff) Wunderler.

She was a graduate of Northampton Area High School.

She was a plant office secretary until 1982 for the Bethlehem Steel Corporation. She was a secretary for five years at Northampton Community College and then for 15 years for the psychology department in the Northampton Area School District until she retired in July 2016.

She was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Northampton, where she was a past consistory president, deacon, elder and a former assistant Girl Scout leader.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Brett K. of Bethlehem; a brother, Carl Wunderler Jr. and his wife Hilda of Northampton; a sister, Joan and her husband Fred Kremus of Northampton; nieces; and nephews.
