DUI
Long Thanh Tran, 49, of Emmaus, allegedly was driving under the influence in a traffic stop in the 100 block of North 10th Street in Emmaus borough, 12:29 a.m. Aug. 23, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Aida Luz Candelaria-Silva, 52, of Shamokin, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville received notification of a vehicle being driven without a left front tire on Interstate 78 eastbound in Lower Macungie Township, 7:45 p.m. July 31.
Theft
Political campaign signs were removed from two front yards along Watermill Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 4:30 p.m. Sept. 13, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Three pieces of furniture with a total value of approximately $2,500 were removed from a residence in the 7300 block of Saint Peters Road, Upper Milford Township, between 1 p.m. Sept. 7 and 11:30 a.m. Sept. 9, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Retail theft
Gwendolyn Carole Rich, 49, of Allentown and Tiffany Anita Rich, 28, of Allentown, were taken into custody after they allegedly removed grocery items valued at $302.35 from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 4:34 p.m. Aug. 10, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Harassment
Ryan Edward Krieg, 31, of Wescosville, allegedly harassed two people in an incident in the 2000 block of Seem Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:37 a.m. Sept. 14, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Drugs
A controlled substance was found at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 7:30 p.m. July 20, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Burglary
Gold coins, a crowbar and stamps were among items taken in a burglary at Dries Do It Center, 3580 Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, between 6:48 a.m. and 7:10 a.m. Sept. 13, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. A suspect, described as a white male wearing a black mask covering his mouth, nose and chin, an orange hooded sweatshirt, blue jean shorts and black/brown Nike sneakers, was seen on surveillance unlawfully entering the building as well as vehicles at the property. Indecent assault
