As of Oct. 1, the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) is open to apply. All seniors who wish to receive financial aid for college should complete the 2021-22 FAFSA application with their parents as soon as possible after Oct. 1.

Students and parents also need to obtain an FSA ID to sign their FAFSA.

PACAC is proud to present its Keystone virtual college exploration program Oct. 1-Nov. 6 for all Pennsylvania students.

Registration is now open for students, parents and counselors.

Northampton Area Middle School fall picture days are scheduled Oct. 6 and 7.

There will be no school for students Oct. 12 due to a teacher in-service day.

College virtual meets are underway. This is the opportunity to meet with representatives from a college/university that interests Northampton Area High School seniors. Students can obtain information, get materials and ask questions. This will often be the person who will review your application, so it is great to meet in person through Zoom.

At this time, there will be no in-person visits from colleges; however, links may be provided to virtual open houses and to Zoom/Team visits set up by the colleges.

Seniors can visit the Northampton Area School District website, nasdschools.org, and go to the NAHS page for all the schedules and links. There is an option to sign up to have the link sent through student email for colleges you may be interested in. Please check out High School Announcements on the website for all of them available, along with the links.
