Simple assault

Ralph Arthur Tucker, 77, of Macungie, was arrested Sept. 2 for alleged simple assault after an incident at American Drycleaners, 1025 Chestnut St., according to Emmaus police.

DUI

Aaron Fernandez, 29, of Allentown, was arrested July 23 for allegedly driving under the influence and speeding in the 400 block of State Road, according to Emmaus police. Fernandez was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

Andrew Ryan Kratzer, 20, of Emmaus, was arrested Aug. 18 for allegedly driving under the influence, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at East Main and Alpine streets, according to Emmaus police. Kratzer was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

Johnny Daniel Peralta, 25, of Emmaus, was arrested July 18 for allegedly driving under the influence, driving while under suspension and careless driving in the 600 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police.

Possession

Johnny Daniel Peralta, 25, of Emmaus, was arrested Aug. 14 for alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana, driving while under suspension and careless driving in the 400 block of South Fourth Street, according to Emmaus police.

Freislyn Santana, 28 and Fresher Rony Santana, 19, both of Allentown, were arrested Aug. 14 for alleged possession of marijuana in the 100 block of Main Street, according to Emmaus police.

Disorderly conduct

A 53-year-old female, of Allentown, was arrested Aug. 13 for alleged disorderly conduct in the 400 block of Minor Street, according to Emmaus police.

Found property

A 2HOP bicycle was found at Triangle Park, Main Street, Aug. 22. The bicycle is held at Emmaus Police Department Headquarters, 400 Jubilee St., Emmaus.

A Razor ZR20 bicycle was found in the 200 block of North Street Aug. 31. The bike is held at Emmaus Police Department Headquarters, 400 Jubilee St., Emmaus.

A backpack, Philadelphia Eagles jacket and one New Balance cleat were found in the 300 block of South 16th Street Aug. 24. The items are held at Emmaus Police Department Headquarters, 400 Jubilee St., Emmaus.

Harassment

A 34-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested Aug. 24 for alleged harassment following a disturbance in the 600 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police.

A 61-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested Aug. 20 for alleged harassment and disorderly conduct following a disturbance in the 100 block of Main Street, according to Emmaus police.

Theft

A Mountaineer bicycle, valued at $1,000, was removed from a yard in the 200 block of Main Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Aug. 14.
