Christ’s Church at Lowhill, 4695 Lowhill Church Road, New Tripoli, is accepting orders for its R&K subs, hoagie and pretzel sandwich sale.

Hoagies include Italian, ham, turkey, roast beef and American. Twelve-inch whole grain roll hoagies are available in turkey or all cheese.

Pretzel sandwiches include Italian, ham, turkey, roast beef, sweet Lebanon bologna, all cheese, chicken, egg, and tuna salad.

Curbside pickup will be 4-5 p.m. Sept. 23 at the church.

Christ’s Church at Lowhill Food Pantry, 4695 Lowhill Church Road, New Tripoli, which serves families in Heidelberg, Lowhill, Lynn, and Weisenberg townships is open to service patrons the first Saturday of the month from 9-11 a.m. and the third Thursday from 4-6:30 p.m. with senior citizens being served the third Wednesday of every month from 10 a.m. to noon.

Donations are accepted from 9-11 a.m. the last Saturday of the month and the first Tuesday of the month.

Volunteers are not on-site every day and donations in any form should not be dropped at the door.

The Blessings Shop, in the lower level of the pantry, distributes new and gently used clothes, toys, household items.

The shop is open the same hours as the pantry.

Donations for the Blessing Shop should be arranged in advance by calling 484-707-6591.

The space is very limited so do not drop items off without checking first.
