Lehigh Carbon Community College is offering a variety of noncredit, hands-on cooking classes for couples.
All classes will be from 6-9 p.m. in the Lisa Jane Scheller Community Services Center kitchen at LCCC’s main campus in Schnecksville.
Learn the history and cultural context and how to make sushi rolls in date night class “Sushi 101,” on Oct. 2.
Bring a water bottle or nonalcoholic beverage.
Couples cooking class, “The Cuisine of Asia,” which will be held Nov. 6, will teach participants how to make dishes from Thailand, Vietnam and mainland China, such as dumplings, egg rolls and wok stir fry.

Note that classes may transition to remote at any time due to the guidelines put in place for COVID-19, and participants will be contacted via email or phone.
