To the Editor:
When I graduated college in 2011, I could not get a job making more than $10 per hour. I could not afford to pay back my student loans, move out of my parents house or purchase a car.
A “middle-class” lifestyle was out of my reach.
After years of financial struggle and taking on more debt to further my education, I now make a living wage. This is why I support a $15 minimum wage and the state representative candidate who supports it as well - Tara Zrinski.
I do not live in House District 138, Zrinski’s district, but I believe in her and what she can do for the working class of Pennsylvania.
You can learn more about Zrinski on her website at Vote4Zrinski.org.
