There will be a virtual meet-the-teacher night Sept. 10.

Parents are invited for an overview of the child’s classes and an opportunity to meet the teachers.

Grade level and related arts teachers as well as specialists have created Google Slide presentations which will be uploaded to the school’s website by 4 p.m. for parents to view at their convenience.

Picture day for the face-to-face learners is scheduled for Sept. 11.

Contactless curbside pickup for school breakfast and lunch for Catasauqua Area School District students learning from home and residents aged 18 and under will occur 9:45-10:15 a.m. each weekday in front of Sheckler Elementary School.

Students need not be in the car during pickup, but drivers will be asked to verify the names and ages of the children. Please arrive with a clean vehicle trunk. Walk-ups will be accommodated.

All parents and guardians should do a temperature check on their children before leaving for school each day. Any child with a temperature of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher or experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms should not report to school.
