Simple assault

Richard Scott Gehringer, 24, of Macungie, was arrested for alleged simple assault in an incident in which three people were injured at a location in the 2700 block of Springhaven Place, Lower Macungie Township, 11:02 p.m. Aug. 22, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Drug possession

Todd Alan Heiserman, 50, of Allentown, allegedly had two plastic baggies of methamphetamine as well as drug paraphernalia when stopped for a traffic violation at the intersection of South Krocks Road and Shepherd Hills Avenue, Lower Macungie Township, 9:19 p.m. Aug. 20, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

DUI

Suzanne Marie Smith, 42, of Emmaus, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after her vehicle struck a utility pole in a one-vehicle accident on Kings Highway North, approximately 300 feet south of Scout Road, Lower Milford Township, 1:47 p.m. Aug. 3, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Amber Elizabeth Urbanavage, 30, of Whitehall, allegedly was driving under the influence in a one-vehicle accident in the 6000 block of Powder Valley Road, Upper Milford Township, 11:25 p.m. July 31, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Urbanavage allegedly struck a telephone pole.

Theft of vehicle parts

A catalytic converter was removed from a company vehicle at The John Yurconic Agency, 5910 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported July 24.

Disturbance

Pennsylvania State Police troopers responded to the parking lot of Dollar Tree, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 3:55 p.m. Aug. 11, for a situation involving two males.

Criminal mischief

A steel wire fence was cut at Blackmans Cycle Center, 4911 Buckeye Road, Upper Milford Township, between 7 p.m. July 31 and 8:30 a.m. Aug. 1, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. A 32-year-old female, of Allentown, found a pink powdery substance on the driver side floor of her vehicle when it was parked on Cold Spring Road, Lower Macungie Township, 6:22 p.m. Aug. 7, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Vehicle theft

The owner of a 2000 Ford E450 box truck reported the vehicle was stolen from where it was parked near the intersection of Creek Drive and Bogie Avenue, Lower Macungie Township, 1:25 p.m. Aug. 24, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The vehicle was last seen around 7:30 a.m. the same day.

Burglary

An unknown person entered a residence on Wisteria Circle, Lower Macungie Township, between midnight Aug.1 and 1:47 p.m. Aug. 25 and removed money, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
