Possession
Kelsey Maria Middaugh, 21, of Washington, N.J., allegedly was in possession of a small amount of marijuana in an incident Aug. 19 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest, according to Salisbury police. Middaugh was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.
Loitering and prowling at night
A 38-year-old male, of Germansville, allegedly was loitering and prowling at night in an incident in the 3200 block of Douglas Road Aug. 16, according to Salisbury police.
Harassment
A 42-year-old male, of Allentown and a 19-year-old male, of Allentown, were charged with alleged harassment after a disturbance in the 400 block of Federal Street Aug. 10, according to Salisbury police.
Theft
A resident of the 1200 block of Maumee Street told police a registration plate was stolen from the residence. The incident was reported Aug. 10.
Criminal mischief
A vehicle was spray-painted and scratched while parked in the 1600 block of 33rd Street SW. The incident was reported Aug. 14, according to Salisbury police.
Identity theft
A resident of the 1700 block of 33rd Street SW reported her personal information was used to open a Sprint account after receiving a bill for $715.49, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Aug. 13.
Fraud
A resident of the 900 block of East Rock Road learned unemployment benefits were filed in her name; however, she did not file for benefits, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Aug. 13.
Assault
A resident of the 1700 block of Seidersville Road was pushed from behind onto a porch at the residence. The incident was reported Aug. 22 to Salisbury police. The assailant is described as a tall white male who ran toward East Emmaus Avenue. The incident remains under investigation.
