William A. Erie Jr., 56, of Northampton, died Aug. 26, 2020, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg. He was the husband of Regina (Bauer) for 21 years.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of Marylou B. (Feiertag) and the late William A. Erie Sr.

He was in the U.S. Air Force during the Iraq War.

He worked for Medline Industries for many years until they relocated. He was a custodian for Northampton Area Middle School.

He coached soccer and baseball.

In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by a son, William III; two brothers, Jeffrey and Chad; and a sister, Lorie Schmalzle and her husband Todd.
