Catasauqua: Flea market is set for Sept. 5

Catasauqua Fire Police will be having a flea market 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Sept. 5 at the fire training grounds on Race Street.

There is a cost for a space to sell items.

Masks must be worn, and 6-foot spacing will be observed.

For prices on space and other information, call 484-951-6148 and leave a message if needed.

Reminder: Catasauqua’s virtual summer concert series, presented by the borough and The Gas House Dance Hall, continues every Friday night.

Chelsea Mayer will perform 8 p.m. Sept. 4.

Concerts are being livestreamed at facebook.com/CattyParkConcerts/live.

This event is a fundraiser for Catasauqua Community Food Bank. Donations can be mailed to Catasauqua Municipal Complex, 90 Bridge St., 18032, or viewers can click the Shop Now button on the concert page and donate through PayPal.

The South Catasauqua annual neighborhood yard sale is scheduled for 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Sept. 11 and 12.

There is no charge to participate.

Food will be available on Faith Drive.

The families are donating the profits to Catasauqua Community Food Bank.
