Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites will hold a Behind the Scenes Dollhouse Tour from 1 to 2 p.m. Oct. 18 at the Kemerer Museum of Decorative Arts, 427 N. New St. Creations such as an 1895 English Townhouse and an 1890’s French Villa are displayed in the newly renovated, state of the art, environmentally controlled Collections Resource Center.
American and European made, these houses exemplify the designs of well-known manufacturers, including Christian Hacker and Moritiz Gottschalk. The tour includes information about decorative arts, architecture, clothing, and furniture styles over a period of 100 years. There is a cost.
