A patrol check by a Pennsylvania State Police trooper revealed a small amount of marijuana and narcotics in a vehicle on the shoulder of South Cedar Crest Boulevard at Briarwood Lane, Salisbury Township, 12:45 a.m. Aug. 4, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
