Rhashawn Eric Wilson, 32, of Hagerstown, Md., was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence and endangering the welfare of a child after a traffic stop for a suspended registration along Interstate 78 West, Salisbury Township, 1:53 a.m. July 11, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. A 4-year-old female was in the back seat of the vehicle, according to police. Wilson was taken to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.
