DUI
Douglas F. Stoneham, 26, of Poughkeepsie, N.Y., allegedly was found to be driving under the influence in a traffic stop at the intersection of South Cedar Crest Boulevard and North Street, Emmaus borough, 2:34 a.m. July 19, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Disturbance
An employee at a business in the 7000 block of Alburtis Road, Lower Macungie Township, allegedly caused a disturbance when she was denied her temperature results after she was screened upon her arrival for work 6:20 a.m. July 23, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Harassment
A 33-year-old male was arrested after an argument between coworkers escalated at a business in the 8000 block of Condon Hill Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 8:30 p.m. July 20, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Retail theft
Three people removed approximately $2,000 in merchandise from Ulta Beauty, 833 N. Krocks Road, Suite #103, Lower Macungie Township, Aug. 5, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported Aug. 6. The suspects were observed on store security footage.
Wandyliz Santos Gonzalez, 23, of Allentown and Felix Orlando Pena Toledo, 22, of Allentown, allegedly tried to remove $235 in merchandise from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 4:40 p.m. July 10, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 26-year-old female, of Allentown, allegedly improperly scanned and bagged merchandise at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2 p.m. July 29, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 32-year-old female, of Bethlehem, allegedly failed to scan $56.56 worth of merchandise at a self-checkout register at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:30 p.m. June 4, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Theft
A 50-year-old male, of Bronx, N.Y., told police $2,000 cash and multiple pieces of miscellaneous jewelry were removed from his room at Holiday Inn, 4325 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, in an incident reported 10:16 a.m. July 4, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
An iPhone 11 smartphone and a wallet and its contents, including $816 cash, were stolen at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, between 7:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. July 11, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The iPhone was valued at $700 and the brown bifold wallet was valued at $50. A Social Security card, library card, VISA bank card and identification card also were taken, according to police.
Theft by deception
A resident of Kressler Road, Lower Macungie Township, was pressured into buying $2,000 in gift cards by unknown persons impersonating law enforcement and immigration agents in an incident reported 7:20 p.m. July 27, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The resident provided the gift card information to the impersonators.
Hit and run
A parked car was damaged in a hit-and-run accident along Carmel Drive, Lower Macungie Township, overnight July 20. According to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. A 2006 Honda Accord was parked in the 6600 block of Carmel Drive against a curb when it was sideswiped, damaging the left side, sometime between 9:45 p.m. July 20 and 10:30 a.m. July 21.
Criminal mischief
A window of a construction bulldozer was found broken with a rock while at a building site in the 5300 block of Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, 7:23 a.m. Aug. 7, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
