Simple assault
Marcus J. Green, of Allentown, was taken into custody for alleged simple assault, simple assault with physical menace, false imprisonment, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person and harassment after a dispute at a location in the 800 block of Cold Spring Road, Lower Macungie Township, 4 p.m. July 10, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Shala Flor Olivo, 23, of Alburtis, allegedly assaulted another person at a location in the 8800 block of Longswamp Road, Lower Macungie Township, 7:47 a.m. July 27, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Theft by deception
An unknown person used a 57-year-old female’s personal information to open a fraudulent AT&T account and order an iPhone sent to a residence on Kressler Road, Lower Macungie Township, July 17, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
An unknown person attempted to alter Social Security account information of a resident of Mill Road, Upper Milford Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported 4:08 p.m. July 17.
Disturbance
A female from Waretown, N.J., allegedly caused a disturbance and refused to leave a store on Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 4:53 p.m. July 16, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Accident
A motorcyclist was hurt after his motorcycle struck a pole in a crash in Upper Milford Township July 1, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The unnamed driver was riding a 1996 black Harley-Davidson motorcycle northbound on Vera Cruz Road 8:40 p.m. when he lost control of the motorcycle and went off the road. The collision with the pole threw the male several feet away from his motorcycle. He was transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, for treatment, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
A 61-year-old male, of Bethlehem, was hurt when he was thrown from his bicycle after colliding with a car at the intersection of Beverly Hills Road and Glen Road, Lower Milford Township, 9:17 a.m. July 19. According to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, the bicyclist was westbound when an eastbound vehicle operated by a 55-year-old driver, of Coopersburg, allegedly turned left onto Glen Road in front of the bicyclist. The cyclist had injuries to his hands and head, according to police. The bicyclist was transported to St. Luke’s University Hospital, Bethlehem campus, for evaluation. Lower Milford Fire Department and Upper Saucon EMS also responded.
A 36-year-old male, of Allentown, was hurt in a one-vehicle rollover crash on Route 309 South, Lower Milford Township, 1:37 p.m. July 10. According to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, the driver was southbound when he lost control of his sport utility vehicle and went off of the road. The vehicle rolled over at least two times before landing on its roof. The driver was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, for minor injuries, according to police.
Criminal mischief
Graffiti was spray painted on the outfield fence and sponsorship signage at Limeport Stadium, 1488 Limeport Pike, Lower Milford Township, between 1 p.m. July 18 and 7:30 p.m. July 19. Anyone with information regarding this incident may contact Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville at 610-395-1438.
A downspout drain was damaged at a residence in the 1800 block of Pinewind Drive, Lower Macungie Township, April 12, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A garage door was damaged at a residence in the 5200 block of Princeton Road, Lower Macungie Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported May 20 and damage was estimated at $700.
A garage door was damaged at a residence along Thistle Road, Lower Macungie Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported May 19 and damage was estimated at $500.
False alarms
State troopers responded to a burglary alarm at Smashburger, 707 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 7:05 a.m. July 24. The alarm allegedly was a false alarm and the third such alarm at the location since June 12, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
State troopers responded to an alarm at BB&T Bank, 5700 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 5:50 p.m. May 21. The alarm allegedly was a false alarm and the fourth such alarm at the location in the preceding 12-month period, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
State troopers responded to a burglary alarm at Kuehne + Nagel, Inc., 8620 Congdon Hill Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 7:58 a.m. May 17. The alarm allegedly was a false alarm and the 10th such alarm at the location in the preceding 12-month period.
State troopers responded to an alarm at Lehigh Country Club, 2319 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 10:19 p.m. May 14. The alarm allegedly was a false alarm and was the third such alarm at the location in the preceding 12-month period, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Harassment
A 50-year-old female and a 54-year-old male, both of Allentown, were cited for alleged harassment after a verbal argument escalated into a physical altercation at a residence in the 5400 block of Stonecroft Lane, Lower Macungie Township, June 30, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The male allegedly threw numerous food items at the female and the female allegedly struck the male with car keys.
A 23-year-old female, of Alburtis and a 26-year-old male, of Macungie, were cited for alleged harassment after a verbal argument escalated into a fight at a location on Longswamp Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:31 p.m. July 19, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Found property
A tent, containing cash, a Pennsylvania identity card and other documents as well as drug paraphernalia and a suspected drug, was found along North Broad Street, Lower Macungie Township, July 7.
Theft
An unknown person removed a package from the front porch of a residence in the 2900 block of Limeport Pike, Lower Milford Township, between 10:35 a.m. and 11:17 a.m. July 24, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Theft of services
A dumpster at Fine Wine and Spirits, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., #2a, Lower Macungie Township, was partially filled with trash not belonging to the business. The incident was reported 9:50 a.m. June 13.
