Kathleen Harris Fritchey, of Pasedena, Calif., died May 26, 2020.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of Cora Harris Fritchey and Carl Fritchey.

She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Southern California.

She was a counselor at Cal State Northridge for 35 years.

She is survived by a brother, Carl; a sister-in-law, Mary; nieces; nephew; and cousins.

Services will be private.

Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or to a nonprofit of one’s choice.
