St. John’s Lutheran Church, 18 S. Third St., is holding its 9:15 a.m. Sunday services in the parking lot.

Pastor Timothy Boyer said church members attending the services can remain in their cars or bring folding chairs.

In the event of rain, parishioners can watch services online.

Stanley W. Reinhard Jr. American Legion Post 426, Coplay, is not holding its memorial service, according to Post 426 Commander Larry Gutleber.

Gutleber said Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4714, Northampton, will have its honor guard and rifle squad provide the program for the Coplay Legion members who have passed away. The cooperative agreement stems from a reduced membership in Post 426.

The Coplay Post 426 building on South Second Street remains closed because of the coronavirus.
