Public drunkenness

A 64-year-old male, of Palm, was arrested June 25 for alleged public drunkenness in the 400 block of Jubilee Street, according to Emmaus police.

DUI

Keil Torok, 36, of Emmaus, was arrested June 24 for allegedly driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to drive within traffic lane in the 1200 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police. Torok was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

Possession of a small amount of marijuana

Zaeshawn Nazjir Howard, 20, of Macungie, was arrested June 14 for alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a stop sign violation at Mountain Boulevard and Dalton Street, according to Emmaus police.

Loitering and prowling

Pedro Ortiz, 55, of Emmaus, was arrested July 2 for alleged loitering and prowling at night and defiant trespass in the 400 block of Ridge Street, according to Emmaus police.

Theft

An unknown person removed four wheels and tires valued at $3,481.12 from a Honda Accord parked at 675 State Road, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported July 9.

Retail theft

An unknown person removed items totaling $205.92 from Rite Aid pharmacy, 1328 Chestnut St., according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported July 10.
