Tropical Storm Fay may have halted some outdoor activities in the Bethlehem area on July 10, but the rain did not stop Aspire to Autonomy Inc. from handing out food, masks and hand sanitizer to those in need in Bethlehem and Easton.
Initially founded to fight against human trafficking, Aspire to Autonomy Inc. has evolved to support those in need of food and other supplies, said event organizer Jennifer Moll.
On July 10, Aspire to Autonomy hosted two separate food distributions at the Hispanic Center of the Lehigh Valley in Bethlehem and Centennial Park in Easton. Volunteers and event organizers handed out boxes containing food and other supplies to anyone that wanted them. The event lasted until all supplies were exhausted.
