David Jay Reightler, 63, of Allentown, was charged with alleged terroristic threats and related charges after an incident in the 1200 block of Lehigh Avenue July 4, according to Salisbury police. Reightler was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.
Everett Edris Abram, 35, of Easton, was charged with allegedly driving under the influence and related charges after a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Broadway July 4, according to Salisbury police. Abram was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.
Abed Alrahman Ahmad Elnaboulsi, 23, of Allentown, was charged with alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana after an incident at Lehigh Valley Hospital in the 1200 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard July 6, according to Salisbury police.
Greg James Kuchinos, 37, of Allentown, was charged with alleged defiant trespass following an incident in the 1900 block of Church Road June 30, according to Salisbury Police.
A rear window screen was bent and damaged at a residence in the 2200 block of Bishop Road. Nothing was taken from the residence, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported June 28.
A garage window was found smashed at Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church, 3441 Devonshire Road. Nothing appears to have been removed, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported July 2.
Salisbury police investigators responded to Wendy’s, 3390 Lehigh Street after $1,800 was reported missing from a company safe July 8.
A complainant told police she lost her debit card and several weeks later found two fraudulent purchases totaling $2,000 were made using her lost card. The incident was reported in the 600 block of East Lexington Street July 7, according to Salisbury police.
A complainant told police she was notified of a fraudulent purchase on her Kohl’s credit card. The incident was reported in the 2900 block of Edgemont Drive June 29, according to Salisbury police.
A complainant told police his stimulus check was cashed by another person. The incident was reported in the 300 block of East Mountain Road July 1, according to Salisbury police.
A complainant told police a phone call was received advising the complainant of a computer virus on the complainant’s computer. The caller requested $4,000 in gift cards in payment to take care of the virus. The incident was reported in the 2700 block of Coventry Circle July 3, according to Salisbury police.
A motorcycle registration plate was reported stolen in the 1000 block of Hawthorn Road July 6, according to Salisbury police.
A bag containing clothing and personal effects was found at Bulldog Beverage, 1648 E. Emmaus Ave. June 29, according to Salisbury police.
An unknown person damaged a mailbox, a retaining wall and railings and turfed the grass at a residence in the 500 block of East Emmaus Avenue, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported July 2.
A motorcycle was found on its side in a parking lot at Cedar Glen Apartments, 1166 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported July 10.
Salisbury police officers responded to Lindberg Park, 2800 Lindberg Ave., after receiving a complaint of loud music in the area of the park June 28. Officers determined the music was not too loud for the time of day, according to Salisbury police.

A 71-year-old male, of Allentown, was taken into custody on a warrant June 30, according to Salisbury police. The male was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.
A 34-year-old female, of Nazareth, was taken into custody on a warrant in the 3000 block of Pike Avenue July 9, according to Salisbury police. The female was transported to the City of Bethlehem Police Department.
