A woman who currently resides in Catasauqua has been located after police received a report last week that she was missing.

Catasauqua Police Department said it received a call that a 27-year-old woman was missing from a residential facility in the borough. Police conducted a search and issued a bulletin for the community to be on the lookout for her.

Police added, however, the woman is over the age of consent and resides in the facility voluntarily.

The woman is a permanent resident in the Poconos area, and the police department was in contact with her family.

It was reported the woman returned to the facility July 12, according to police.
