The leadership of Union United Church of Christ, Neffs, had a water balloon challenge fundraiser June 28.

For a donation of toiletry items for the Lehigh Conference of Churches, participants were given water balloons to “cool off” pastors, staff and volunteers.

Following the challenge, participants were treated to ice cream, sparklers, devotions and music.
