The leadership at St. Peter’s United Methodist Church, 7860 Center St., Emerald, recently provided the updated information about reopening the church.

The leadership is performing the required steps to open the church for services according to the government and CDC guidelines and specifications.

The church is being cleaned and disinfected.

When the church reopens, plans are being made for ongoing cleaning and disinfection, and people are asked to use hand washing and sanitizer frequently.

Anyone entering the building is to wear masks and practice social distancing.

Continue to be part of a worship service live each Sunday at 10 a.m. online.

During the week, Pastor Bill and James Whiteman will tag team to bring us “Trail Talks,” short inspirational messages which you can also view on the above page.

Kristin is now sharing her “Youth Talks” at 7 p.m. Wednesdays.

Join “Moments with Kids” by Pastor Michelle 11 a.m. Fridays.

And, James will host Lifetree Cafe 6 p.m. each Saturday.

The food ministry continues distribution of collected food to area food banks and churches with food ministries.
