Dalton Schaeffer, 26, of Gilbertsville, was charged with alleged possession of a controlled substance following an incident at Lehigh Valley Hospital in the 1200 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard June 22, according to Salisbury police.

Jonathon Alexander Pacheco-Riche, 29, of Allentown, was charged with alleged terroristic threats and harassment following an incident in the 1900 block of Chapel Avenue June 27, according to Salisbury police. Pacheco-Riche was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.

A resident in the 900 block of Buckingham Drive reported a fraud involving two stimulus relief checks issued without the resident’s authorization. The incident was reported June 25, according to Salisbury police.

Salisbury police officers are investigating reports of unemployment checks and debit cards being delivered to residents in the 300 block of Mountain Park Road June 27. The residents did not apply for the benefits, according to Salisbury police.

A 28-year-old male, of Allentown, was taken into custody on a warrant from the Allentown City Police Department after an incident on Interstate 78, Salisbury Township, June 24, according to Salisbury police. The male was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.

A Dell Notebook DS laptop computer, valued at $900.99, was removed from 1120 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., Suite 200, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported June 25.

A Canon digital camera, valued at $1,000, was removed from an office area at SmileKrafters, 1247 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., Suite 300, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported June 24.

An unknown person sprayed graffiti on a flagpole in the 1200 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard in an incident reported June 22, according to Salisbury police.

Salisbury police officers responded to the 2900 block of Meadowbrook Circle North for the report of a shot fired June 21. Police patrolled the area but did not hear any additional shots or fireworks.

Salisbury police officers investigated numerous reports of fireworks in the areas of Loxley Lane, Hillside Road, Fairfax Street, Susquehanna Street, South Pike Avenue, Lehigh Avenue and Byfield Street between June 22 and 28.
