EAST PENN SCHOOL DISTRICT
The end of the 2019-2020 school year has proved to be challenging in many ways, including how to honor the many retiring employees of the district. Typically, the retirees are honored at a dinner; however, this year due to COVID-19 concerns, Superintendent Kristen Campbell had to find a creative way to honor these important members of the district for their contributions.
She visited every retiree’s home and presented them with a yard sign and a gift.
After a photo opportunity with each retiree, photos were placed on the district ‘s social media pages.
