Coplay Saengerbund, 205 S. Fifth St., has reopened on a limited basis - 4-10 p.m. Wednesdays through Sundays.

The club has acoustic guitars and vocals Friday evenings and button box accordions Sunday afternoons and evenings.

Coplay Recreation and Welfare Association is returning to its regular food bank schedule for clients.

Serving 24 families, the food bank, located in the basement of borough hall, 98 S. Fourth St., will be open 8:30-10 a.m. the second Tuesday of each month.

The borough has placed American flags on utility poles along Chestnut and Second streets.

The flags were a project several years ago when a citizen committee raised the funds. Since then, the borough has a tradition of having the flags up for special holidays.

The flags will remain through the Nov. 11 Veterans Day celebration.
