AAA East Central branches are now open for business

AAA East Central branches are now open, providing a wide range of member services, including Pennsylvania Department of Motor Vehicle, domestic and international travel planning, home and life insurance, and notary services, in addition to providing courtesy maps and travel guides for summer road trips.

“We are excited to get back to serving our members in our branches across Eastern Pennsylvania,” said Allen Ruch, vice president of operations, AAA East Central. “We will still be following CDC guidelines for health and safety while providing our branch services, ensuring everyone is safe and comfortable.”

In addition to AAA member benefits, AAA branches can be used for the following DMV services:

•Driver’s license renewal;

•Vehicle registration renewal;

•Duplicate registration and stickers;

•Used vehicle transfer of ownership;

•New and used boat transfers; and

•Disabled person parking placards and license plates.

Social distancing will be highlighted with signage, floor markers and trained AAA Safety Ambassadors to help members and employees follow recommended social distancing practices.

Employees are wearing face masks and gloves.

In addition, members are required to wear a face covering while in a AAA branch.

Plexiglass shields are in place between members and employees at work stations, and markers place members six feet from the employee serving them.

AAA East Central is a not-for-profit association with 78 local offices in Kentucky, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia serving 2.7 million members.
