PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Board of School Directors of Northern Lehigh School District, in Lehigh and Northampton Counties, Pennsylvania (the 'School District'), at its public meeting held on June 22, 2020, adopted a resolution (the 'Resolution'), the caption and summary of which is as follows: 'RESOLUTION INCURRING NONELECTORAL DEBT TO BE EVIDENCED BY GENERAL OBLIGATION NOTES IN THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF EIGHT MILLION DOLLARS ($8,000,000), TO REFUND ALL OR PORTIONS OF THIS SCHOOL DISTRICT'S OUTSTANDING GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, SERIES OF 2012 AND SERIES OF 2015, AND PAY RELATED COSTS; ACCEPTING A NOTE PURCHASE AGREEMENT; SETTING FORTH THE PARAMETERS, SUBSTANTIAL FORM OF AND CONDITIONS FOR ISSUING THE NOTES; PLEDGING THE FULL FAITH, CREDIT AND TAXING POWER OF THIS SCHOOL DISTRICT TO SECURE THE NOTES; APPOINTING A PAYING AGENT AND SINKING FUND DEPOSITORY; PROVIDING FOR THE REDEMPTION OF THE REFUNDED BONDS; AND AUTHORIZING RELATED DOCUMENTS AND ACTIONS.'. The Resolution approves a purchase price of not less than 95% or more than 125% of the principal amount of the General Obligation Bonds issued. The maximum annual yield to maturity on all of the Bonds is 5.00%. The Resolution, in final form, no amendments having been made, is available for public inspection in the School District's Administration Building, located at 1201 Shadow Oaks Lane, Slatington, Pennsylvania, on any open business day of the School District between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.
