PUBLIC NOTICE Lower Macungie Township is accepting electronic bids on www.municibid.com for the sale of the following equipment: 1997 John Deere 6300 tractor with flail mowers. Bidding will begin on June 3, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. EST and bids will close on June 22, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. EST. Item will be sold 'as is'. Detailed equipment specifications and minimum bid requirements can be viewed at www.municibid.com. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the rules set forth by Municibid and Lower Macungie Township. The successful bidder will be responsible for all applicable costs associated with vehicle removal, title transfer and registration. Payment must be made in person, in full, which shall be no later than five (5) working days from the time and date of the Notice of Award. Purchaser must take possession of property within 20 business days following the sale. Lower Macungie Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any minor informalities.
