PUBLIC NOTICE LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Lower Macungie Township Board of Commissioners on June 18, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lower Macungie Township Municipal Building, 3400 Brookside Road, Macungie, PA, to hear the conditional use application of TimTay, LLC, 25 North Main Street, Doylestown, PA 18901 who is seeking approval of a conditional use for the Shepherds Corner project, pursuant to Section 27-1002.17 of the 1998 Codified Zoning Ordinance, to permit restaurants at the properties located at 5621, 5591 and 5573 Hamilton Blvd. Allentown, PA 18106; PIN 547554086045, 547554281969 and 547554392610. Said properties are located in the C-Commercial Zoning District. All interested parties are invited to attend this hearing. A public hearing is required pursuant to Section 27-2403 of the 1998 Codified Zoning Ordinances. The Lower Macungie Township Municipal Building is accessible to the physically handicapped.
