Marcus George Dengler, 25, of Macungie, allegedly fought with a police officer, resisted arrest and fled from police in an incident June 7.
According to Macungie police, Dengler was spotted at a business in the 3500 block of Brookside Road. Police had an arrest warrant for Dengler in alleged prior incidents.
When an officer approached him to take him into custody, Dengler allegedly resisted arrest and tried to flee. Dengler allegedly punched and threatened the officer before fleeing on a bicycle. Dengler later was found in a parking lot of a business in the 1000 block of Chestnut Street in Emmaus, according to Macungie police.
The Lehigh County Drone Response team, Alburtis police, Emmaus police, Salisbury Township police and Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville also assisted in the incident, according to Macungie police.
Jordan Danial Arndt, 25, of Macungie was taken into custody for allegedly discharging a firearm inside an occupied structure and recklessly endangering another person after an incident in the 100 block of Brookfield Circle June 3, according to Macungie police.
Police were dispatched on reports of shots fired. Officials obtained a search warrant after Arndt allegedly did not answer the door at the residence.
A police tactical team served the warrant and Arndt was taken into custody.
An assault rifle with armor piercing rounds along with other weapons allegedly were found in the residence, according to Macungie police.
Arndt was taken to Lehigh County Central Booking Center.
