South Whitehall Township police, firefighters and emergency medical service personnel helped retired South Whitehall Township police chief, Donald “Mac” MacConnell, celebrate his 83rd birthday May 8.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the celebration was from afar and the entourage drove passed the chief’s Woodlawn home.
