In the 200 block of Church Street, officers assisted Bethlehem police.

Police investigated an animal complaint on South 10th Street. The dog was returned to its owner, and Jeanine Snyder, 41, of Catasauqua, is to be cited for an illegal number of pets in a household, police said.
