Giyseppe Carbone, 19, of Allentown, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence in a hit-and-run accident near the intersection of Mill Creek Road and Hauser Road, Lower Macungie Township, 6:40 p.m. April 27, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 50-year-old female, of Lower Macungie Township, was cited for harassment and disorderly conduct after she allegedly used profane language and vulgar names toward a 39-year-old male and a 7-year-old child in an incident in the 2600 block of Field Drive, Lower Macungie Township, May 3, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 17-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged with disorderly conduct after allegedly throwing snack items and yelling at another person while a customer at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:18 p.m. March 28, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville responded to the 1000 block of Pine Grove Circle, Lower Macungie Township, 4:50 p.m. May 4 after an individual allegedly pointed a gun at a neighbor during an argument. No one was injured in the incident.

A resident of the 5600 block of North Walnut Street, Lower Macungie Township, reported a telephone scam in which the resident received a call from an unknown person who claimed to be with Apple support. The caller asked for a copy of the resident’s driver’s license and debit card. The caller made fraudulent transactions on the resident’s debit card along with other credit cards. The total loss to the resident was in excess of $1,000.

Two residents of Queenscourt Lane, Lower Macungie Township, contacted Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville May 6 after both were notified about unknown individuals attempting to cash multiple checks in their names.

A fraudulent credit card was used to make purchases valued at more than $250 at a shopping plaza in the 1000 block of Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, 4:30 p.m. May 6, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 51-year-old female, of Macungie, allegedly shouted at and threatened another person in an incident in the 2000 block of Pembrooke Drive, Lower Macungie Township, May 6, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 48-year-old male, of Macungie, allegedly pushed another person and held that person down, preventing the person from moving, in an incident at a residence along Vista Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 1:25 p.m. April 11, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

An 18-year-old female, of Pennsburg, allegedly threw chewing tobacco spit at a vehicle in an incident at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:35 p.m. April 10, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 29-year-old male, of Wescosville and a 23-year-old female, of Allentown, allegedly were involved in a fight when another person attempted to intervene in the fight and was struck in the face at a residence in the 5600 block of Greens Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 1:50 p.m. April 27, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 41-year-old male and a 38-year-old female, both of Allentown, were cited for harassment in an incident in the 1300 block of Shiloh Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:37 a.m. April 22, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Troopers responded to the residence because of a 911 hangup.

A 48-year-old male, of Lower Macungie Township, was cited for alleged harassment after police responded to a disturbance along Vista Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 11 a.m. April 11, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 23-year-old male, of Allentown, was detained at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:29 p.m. April 15 after an alleged retail theft, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A resident of the 3000 block of Aronimink Place, Lower Macungie Township, reported receiving two fraudulent checks by mail regarding an online classified ad between March 31 and April 1, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

An unknown male attempted to use a fraudulent Walgreens reward card on his smartphone to purchase two $500 gift cards at Walgreens, 6379 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 12:57 p.m. May 5, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A driver escaped injury when the tire on his vehicle deflated in a one-vehicle accident on Buckeye Road, Upper Milford Township, 5:28 a.m. April 21. According to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, the driver was eastbound on Buckeye Road, just west of Tank Farm Road, and lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle struck a fence and utility pole before coming to a stop partially blocking the westbound lane of Buckeye Road. The vehicle was towed from the scene, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Numerous items were reported removed from a residence along Chestnut Hill Road, Lower Milford Township, 2:03 p.m. May 14, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A resident of an apartment in the 800 block of Cold Spring Road, Lower Macungie Township, reported allowing two unknown individuals into her residence 4:30 p.m. April 26, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A green, black and white 2005 Kawasaki motorcycle was removed from a barn in the 4700 block of County Line Road, Lower Milford Township, between noon May 2 and 7 p.m. May 11, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Two mailboxes were stolen in an incident reported by residents of Yeakels Road, Lower Milford Township, 11:24 a.m. May 7. No mail was taken and postal authorities were notified.
