Daley Construction Services, LLC, 4926 Buckeye Road, Upper Milford Township, reported April 4 a former employee allegedly failed to return equipment she was issued for job-related duties, changed login information and used a company fuel card to obtain fuel after she was fired, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A business owner reported finding the rear door handle damaged at a business at 5248 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, April 1, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The door handle was loose and not functioning properly, according to the owner. Police found no items were disturbed or stolen.
An unknown person forced entry into an unoccupied structure in the 1000 block of Grange Road, Lower Macungie Township, between 12:30 p.m. May 21 and 8:20 p.m. May 23, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. No items were found to be removed.
A 43-year-old male, of Sassamansville, reported an unknown person pointed a gun at him on Limeport Pike, Lower Milford Township, May 13, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 56-year-old male, of Zionsville, was cited with a dog violation for failing to properly confine his dog after he allegedly did not try to control his dog in an incident along Carls Hill Road, Upper Milford Township, April 8, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The dog allegedly acted aggressively toward and repeatedly jumped on another person as the person yelled for help.
A 39-year-old female, of Macungie, reported she was attacked by two dogs while running in the 8200 block of Woodmont Circle, Lower Macungie Township, 1:30 p.m. April 12, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The runner told police the dogs were not leashed and she was bitten twice on her left leg. The runner refused medical treatment at the scene.
A 55-year-old male, of Zionsville, was cited with a dog violation after he allegedly allowed his dog to enter a neighbor’s property and fight with the neighbor’s dog at a location on Milky Way, Lower Milford Township, 9:52 a.m. May 12, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A wounded cat was found along Salem Drive, Upper Milford Township, 11:29 a.m. May 17 and was likely injured by malicious acts by unknown individuals, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. A driver was hurt when his motorcycle struck a trailer in a hit-and-run accident April 19 along Interstate 78 in Salisbury Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 29-year-old male, of Souderton, was driving a 2017 Harley-Davidson Road King motorcycle eastbound near mile marker 59 6:02 p.m. and directly behind a tractor trailer when he attempted to pass the truck on the right. Both vehicles were traveling in the middle lane of the highway. The motorcycle struck the rear bumper of the truck trailer. The collision disabled the motorcycle and the truck left the scene, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
The motorcyclist sustained minor injuries in the accident.

Tina Marie Assad, 51, of Breinigsville, allegedly under rang $190.99 worth of merchandise in an incident at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:20 p.m. May 20, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Assad was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.

A 40-year-old female, of Allentown, allegedly argued with another person over a place in line in a drive-thru at Chick-fil-A, 6379 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 4:28 p.m. May 15, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The woman allegedly cursed and threatened to get out of her vehicle and punch the other person.
