EMMAUS HIGH SCHOOL

The Emmaus boys soccer team will host a clothing drive fundraiser 8 to 10 a.m. May 16.

The drive will be held in the student parking lot on the corner of Macungie Avenue and North Street.

Accepted items include clothing, accessories, household linens, stuffed animals, bicycles, car seats with bases and strollers. Small toys also will be accepted. Items should be in bags. Shoes must be bagged separately and tagged as shoes.

Organizers will not accept sports equipment, board games, books, puzzles, pots and pans, electrical devices, glass, high chairs, baby cribs or toys over 2 feet.

The soccer team receives money for every pound collected.

Those dropping off bags do not need to exit their cars. Volunteers wearing gloves and masks will remove donated items from car trunks.
