Tyrone Marcus Henry Jr., 28, of Allentown, allegedly was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence after a traffic stop at the intersection of Lower Macungie Road and Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:07 a.m. Feb. 7, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

William Michael Vaughan III, 26, of Harleysville, allegedly did not return a vehicle to a resident of the 7900 block of Quarry Road, Lower Macungie Township. The incident was reported Dec. 24, 2019.

A 37-year-old female, of West Chester, reported two employees of a pizza restaurant in the 1000 block of Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, took her wallet, valued at $200 and $500 cash after she misplaced the wallet on a bench at the restaurant, Feb. 16, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The suspects allegedly admitted to taking the wallet and money and returned all of the items to the complainant, at which point the female declined to press charges.

An iPhone 5S belonging to Mack Trucks, 7000 Alburtis Road, Lower Macungie Township, was removed from an employee’s unattended tool box between Oct. 1, 2019 and Jan. 20. The phone was valued at $70, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

An unknown person used counterfeit money to purchase merchandise at Hobby Lobby, 7150 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, Jan. 22, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A residence along Autumn Ridge Road, Lower Macungie Township, was entered through a side door and items were removed between 9 a.m. and 2:05 p.m. Feb. 5, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The burglars fled the area in a green Dodge Caravan minivan with a custom license plate containing the word “FAME,” according to police.

According to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, at approximately 9:25 a.m. Feb. 5 troopers responded to an alarm at Keuhne + Nagel, Inc., 8620 Congdon Hill Drive, Lower Macungie Township. The alarm was investigated and found to be false, the fourth false alarm within two days at the business, according to police.

According to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, troopers responded to six alleged false fault commercial alarms at GPSi Industries, 7570 Industrial Park Way, Lower Macungie Township, in the six months prior to Dec. 4, 2019.

A 28-year-old male, of Allentown and a 36-year-old female, of Allentown, were cited for alleged harassment after an incident in the 1100 block of Eagle Street, Lower Macungie Township, 8:43 a.m. Jan. 15, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Jeffrey Steven Shuhler, 55, of Emmaus, allegedly was found to be driving under the influence after a traffic stop in the 200 block of Harrison Street, Emmaus borough, 11:17 p.m. Feb. 7, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
