While “canceled” seems to be the word of the day, week and month, I look around to find the hope and beauty of each day. We have been blessed with a mild, sunny spring that has brought out the colorful spring flowers, the budding trees and the singing birds. The bright yellow forsythia seems even more brilliant this year, or is it because I have more time to appreciate the stunning beauty of nature? Everything seems a little more precious.
Stay safe and stay healthy!
The next township column will be published May 20; copy deadline is May 14.
