Arlene and Ray Gogel celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary with their family at the Starlite Restaurant, Fogelsville.
Though the party was held Feb. 8, their wedding day was on Feb. 18, 1950.
The couple who is now 90 and 91 respectively, live in West Catasauqua and are still active.
Arlene grew up on a farm in Whitehall Township, while Ray grew up in Cementon.
Their family came from as far away as California, Colorado and Whitehall for the party.
